A car marketplace with an AI buying assistant, the CRM behind it, and live stock from five separate dealer systems.

Scout, the AI assistant on the front, asks a buyer what they actually need and shortlists real cars for them. Dealers get the lead routed to a named salesperson with a timer on it. Behind all of it, stock syncs automatically out of five different dealer management systems, so what shows on the site is what is genuinely on the floor. The biggest thing we have built.

One monthly amount with insurance in it, and the car is theirs to buy whenever they are ready.

A customer picks a car, applies once, and that one application goes to several finance providers behind the scenes instead of being re-typed into each of them. Live pricing, contracts, handover, and the fleet view that shows which vehicles are actually earning. It replaced a back office the business was renting and did not control.

Sharon’s Defensive Driving School

Court-ordered driver education

Course delivery and certification for a United States driving school, reporting into a government system.

A driver gets a DUI. The court orders driver education and sends them to Sharon’s. They complete the course on our platform, and the certificate it issues is what they hand back to the judge. Built to DMV requirements, because if the certificate is wrong then somebody’s court outcome is wrong. There is no soft failure in this system.
