Echo Reach (Pty) Ltd (registration 2024/147636/07) is the responsible party for the personal information described here. We are based in Cape Town, South Africa. Questions about this policy go to info@echoreach.co.za.

If you complete the fit check on this site we collect your name, company name, work email address, and the answers you give to five questions about your business. You may optionally tell us your industry and add a note. If you contact us by email or telephone we keep that correspondence.

We record your IP address and browser user agent with a fit check submission. This is used only to limit abuse of the form.

To decide whether we are a suitable supplier for your project, to prepare properly for a call with you, and to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for anything else.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking us to.

Enquiry records are kept for twenty-four months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Where an enquiry becomes a paid engagement, the associated records are kept for the period required by South African tax and company law.

Our website and database are hosted by Render. Email is delivered through our email provider. Scheduling, where you use it, is handled by Cal.com. Each of these processes data on our instruction only. Some are located outside South Africa; where that is the case, the transfer is made on the basis that the recipient is subject to laws or binding agreements providing comparable protection.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@echoreach.co.za and we will respond within a reasonable period and at no charge. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Where we measure traffic, we do so with privacy-preserving analytics that do not build a profile of you across other websites.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be communicated directly.
